Christoph Pauschenwein, born in 1971, found solace in drawing during his childhood, which helped him cope with the challenges of everyday life. His passion for art was deeply rooted, but instead of pursuing a formal artistic education, he followed his father's wishes and apprenticed as a painter. This period presented personal challenges, but an inspiring mentor opened the door to the world of painting for him. Especially impactful was the master’s father, an artist and restorer, who impressed Christoph and strengthened his desire to work creatively.

After successfully completing his apprenticeship, he decided to further his education and became a graphic designer. Christoph worked in this profession for over three decades and co-owned an advertising agency with a business partner. Although he was fascinated by the world of visual communication, he always felt the urge to develop his own artistic language. Alongside his agency work, he painted and sold his works successfully, but art remained in the shadows of his professional obligations for a long time. In 2020, Christoph decided to follow his true passion and dedicate himself fully to art. Despite health setbacks in 2021, which forced him to give up his freelance work in signage and design, he recognized this phase as an opportunity to invest his full energy into art. This decision marked a new chapter in his life, as art became his vocation. Christoph's art reflects his deep connection to nature and his sensitivity to life's balance. Through his works, he aims to highlight the essence – the power of nature and the importance of emotional depth. With clear, structured forms and a minimalist style, he creates art that invites viewers to pause and reflect. Today, Christoph Pauschenwein lives and works with great dedication to his art, always striving to inspire people to find their inner balance and to mindfully walk their path.
