About the Exhibition
At Aqua Art Miami 2026, Christoph Pauschenwein, represented by Van Leeuwen Art, presents two large-format works from his Oscillating Planets series alongside one work from the Monster series.
The Oscillating Planets series explores the tension between order and organic chaos, construction and dissolution. Countless digital structures give rise to seemingly physical forms that oscillate between microscopic observation and cosmic appearance.
At the heart of the work lies the question of how form, colour, light and structure influence our perception. Each artwork emerges through an independent digital creative process, without the use of generative artificial intelligence.

About the Artist
I am not interested in the image as a finished object, but in the moment when meaning emerges.
My art exists at the intersection of nature and technology, construction and dissolution, digital simulation and physical presence. It begins with the observation of structures, movements and transformations – and with the question of how our perception changes through perspective, time, scale and context.
Painting, digital simulation, animation, light, installation and sound are not separate disciplines for me, but different forms of expression within the same artistic exploration. At their intersections, visual worlds emerge between micro and macro, between the familiar and the unknown.
Perception is not a fixed state. It evolves through our experiences, memories and the spaces we inhabit. My works invite viewers to question familiar ways of seeing and discover new perspectives.
For me, an artwork does not end when I finish creating it. It is through the viewer's gaze that it begins to develop its own meaning.
